In Item 1 of the list of types of out-of-school educational institutions approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 6, 2001 No. 433 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2001, No. 20, Art. 847; 2008, No. 88, of the Art. 2954), the word of "disabled people" shall be replaced with words "persons with disability".

In the name and the text of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 25, 2007 No. 955 "About streamlining of structure and payment terms of work of employees of the centers for physical culture and sport of disabled people Invasport (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 55, Art. 2213; 2011, No. 55, Art. 2205; 2016, No. 93, of the Art. 3032) the word "disabled people" in all cases shall be replaced with words "faces with disability" in the corresponding case.
