1. 3. To the Ministry ofMelioration and Water Resources of the Republic of Tajikistan together with chairmen of Khatlon Region and the area Nosiri Husrav to take effective measures on providing voluntary immigrants with drinking water and acceleration of cleaning and drainage works.
4. To the ministry of transport of the Republic of Tajikistan to perform repair of highways and for the purpose of providing the population with passenger transport in interdistrict messages to take effective measures.
5. To the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tajikistan to take measures for providing educational institutions with professional personnel, bibliotekhudozhestvenny and children's literature.
