About modification of Airport charges for servicing of aircrafts and passengers at the airports of Ukraine

According to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 25, 1996 "About establishment of powers of executive bodies and executive bodies of city councils concerning price regulation (rates)" and to the paragraph to the fourth the subitem 36 of item 4 of the Regulations on the ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 30, 2015 No. 460, I ORDER to No. 1548:

1. Registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 14, 2008 for No. 408/15099, to state the paragraph of the sixth of Item 2.4 of the Section II of Airport charges for servicing of aircrafts and passengers at the airports of Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine of April 14, 2008 No. 433, in the following edition:

"Collection for the above-standard parking is not levied:

if the delay of flight occurred because of the operator of the airport or airfield;

if placement of AF in the territory of the airport is performed based on the service provision agreement on use of places of parking on the platform for certain term signed between air carrier and the operator of the airport or airfield.".

2. To provide to department of the air transportation:

submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order on the official website of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. I reserve control of execution of this order.
