According to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 25.12.96 No. 1548 "About establishment of powers of executive bodies and executive bodies of city councils concerning price regulation (rates)" and recommendations of International Civil Aviation Organization (IKAO) I ORDER:

1. Approve Airport charges for servicing of aircrafts and passengers at the airports of Ukraine (are applied).

2. State aviaadministrations (Polishchuk K. A.):

2.1. Provide provision of this order in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure on state registration.

2.2. Bring this order to permission of heads of airlines of civil aviation of Ukraine for use in work.

3. Recognize invalid orders of the Ministry of transport of Ukraine:

of 17.03.95 No. 111 "About rates of airport charges at the airport Lviv", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 22.05.95 for No. 150/686;
