About some measures for increase in liquidity of the goods which accumulated in warehouses of industrial enterprises of the republic

For the purpose of increase in liquidity of the goods which accumulated in warehouses of domestic industrial enterprises, stabilization of financial and economic activities of the companies and creation of conditions for recovery of former direct economic connections with the companies of other countries, the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. Resolve, according to the procedure of exception, to industrial enterprises export of own, accumulated in warehouses products according to the list given in Appendix No. 1, and counter import, raw materials, materials, the spare parts and the equipment which are directly used in production process of the main products of the companies performing the specified transactions on condition of payment of the current tax and customs payments.

2. Determine that the Customs Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan on the exported products, according to Item 1 of this resolution, draws up the transaction certificate according to appendix No. 2.

3. Ask National Bank of Tajikistan and other bodies of currency exchange control to set off when implementing mutually deliveries by the companies to the terms established by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Tajikistan of July 13, 1999 No. 1249, the amount of the imported products and amount of the currency means which arrived into currency accounts the company for the exported products in case of equivalence to the export amount as return of currency means.
