About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About road transport"

Article 1. In the Law of the Republic of Armenia of December 5, 2006 ZR-233-N "About road transport (further - the Law):

The word "intracity" to replace 1) in all text with the word "intra municipal";

Shall be replaced with words 2) in Article 4 of the word "intracity transportation-the transportation performed within the administrative territory of the city" "intra municipal transportation - the transportation performed within the administrative territory of municipality".

Article 2. To state part 2 of article 10 of the Law in the following edition:

"2. The route network of regular interregional and intraregional bus transportations will be organized by authorized body in coordination with relevant organ of territorial administration, and the lines of routes passing on the administrative territory of the city of Yerevan - with the mayor of Yerevan.

The route network of regular intra municipal bus transportations will be organized by the head of the relevant municipality under preliminary approval of the line of the routes which are going beyond the administrative territory of municipality of authorized body and relevant organ of territorial administration.

The procedure for approval of route networks is established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia.".

Article 3. To state part 2 of article 11 of the Law in the following edition:

"2. Tenders on regular interregional and intraregional bus transportations will be organized and carried out by the tender committees constituted by authorized body, and on regular intra municipal bus transportations - constituted by the head of the relevant municipality according to the schedule of carrying out tenders.".
