The government DECIDES:

1. In the Order of the Government No. 1016/2016 about approval of the Regulations on appointment on competitive basis of heads of public medical and sanitary organizations and the Standard agreement of management of organization (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 293-305, 1101) to make the following changes:

1) in Item 2 of the resolution and in all text of appendices of the word "Ministry of Health" in any case shall be replaced with words "The Ministry of Health, work and social protection" in the corresponding case;

2) appendix No. 1:

a) in the subitem 3) of Item 9 and in the subitem 3) of Item 11 of the word "and post-university" and respectively "post-university education" to exclude;

b) add with Items 12-1 - 12-3 following of content:

"12-1. In case of discrepancy of the file to the established conditions for participation in tender or special requirements of the file of the candidate deviates with the notification of cause of failure. In case when files were not provided at the scheduled time or any file was not accepted, or only one candidate was allowed, the Ministry of Health, work and social protection declares prolongation of term of submission of the file on the period equal initial (at least 20 days).

12-2. If after prolongation of term of tender owing to consideration of the file one candidate was allowed to tender, competition is held according to the procedure established by this Provision.

12-3. Within three working days after the expiration of submission of the file the secretary of the Commission on the organization and carrying out tender places the candidate list, allowed to tender, on the official website of body of the public power and informs in writing candidates on date, time and the venue of tender.";

c) to state the name of Chapter IV in the following edition:

"IV. ORGANIZATION OF TENDER";
