1. Approve:

Regulations on appointment on competitive basis of heads of public medical and sanitary organizations according to appendix No. 1;

The standard agreement of management of organization according to appendix No. 2.

2. To the Ministry of Health, work and social protection:

organize competitions for candidate screen for vacancies of heads of republican, local and district public medical and sanitary government offices according to the approved Provision;

develop and approve annually according to the order of the Minister of Health the list of performance indicators for each republican, local and district public medical and sanitary government office, and also together with responsible persons of founders to analyze accomplishment of the corresponding indicators;

provide implementation of this resolution and monitoring of its accomplishment.
