For the purpose of support of families with children and the simplification of access to acquisition of housing by the conclusion of the agreement on loan granting which is partially guaranteed by the state within the State program "First house" and based on part (5) article 7 of the Law No. 293/2017 on some measures for implementation of the state program "First house" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 18-26, 95) DECIDES: the Government
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for provision from the government budget of monetary compensations for the families with children participating in the State program "First house" it (is applied).
2. Within the State program "First house" at the expense of means of the government budget monetary compensations can be given to physical person who is parent and/or the guardian / custodian of child(children) if he / she or his / her spouse / spouses have no housing as exclusive property or together with other family members, or:
1) owns no more than one housing which living space makes 9 and less square meters on each family member, within the last 12 months before date of the conclusion of the credit agreement; or
2) has as exclusive property or together with other family members housing, irrespective of its living space, located in the village or the commune, except for villages and communes of municipium of Chisinau.
3. To perform accomplishment of provisions of this resolution within the financial resources provided annually on these purposes in the government budget for the corresponding year.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Ministry of Finance.
