About modification of some Orders of the Government

Based on part (1) article 2 of the Law No. 246/2017 on the state and municipal companies (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 441-450, 750) and the part Item a 1) (1) Article 6 and Item d) parts (3) article 7 of the Law No. 121/2007 on management of public property and its privatization (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, Art. No. 90-93, 401) DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve changes which are made to some orders of the Government, according to appendix No. 1.

2. Recognize invalid some orders of the Government according to appendix No. 2.

3. To the ministries, other central administrative authorities subordinated to the Government, and also administrative authorities which are under their supervision to transfer to the Agency of public property the state companies included in appendix No. 4 to the Order of the Government No. 902/2017 about the organization and functioning of the Agency of public property (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, station No. 390-395, 1011) in which they perform functions of the founder, within 30 days from the date of publication of this resolution according to requirements of the Regulations on procedure for transfer of objects of public property approved by the Order of the Government No. 901/2015 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, No. 1, of the Art. 2).
