Requirements to anti-terrorist security of objects (territories) of Federal Antimonopoly Service and organizations subordinated to it

I. General provisions

1. These requirements establish complex of the actions aimed at providing anti-terrorist security of objects (territories) Federal Antimonopoly Service, its territorial authorities and the organizations subordinated to it (further - bodies (organizations).

For the purposes of these requirements objects (territories) are understood as complexes technologically and technically the buildings connected among themselves, structures, constructions and systems, the certain buildings, structures and constructions adjoining to them the territories which owners are bodies (organizations).

2. These requirements do not extend:

a) on objects (territories) which are subject to obligatory protection by troops of national guard of the Russian Federation;
