About modification and amendments in some legal acts
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In the Law on entrepreneurship and the companies No. 845/1992 (Monitor of Parliament of the Republic of Moldova, 1994, No. 2, of the Art. 33), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes:
1. In Item 3 of Article 10 of the word "post services (excepting express mail)," shall be replaced with words "the reserved post services,".
2. In item 4 of Article 12 of the word "nature protection, anti-monopoly" shall be replaced with words "nature protection bodies, body for the competition".
Art. II. - In the Tax code No. 1163/1997 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, special release of February 8, 2007), with subsequent changes and amendments to make the following change and addition:
1. Item l) Article 18 to declare invalid.
2. Part (Article 131 to add 5) with Item p) the following content:
"p) To competition council for the purpose of hearing of cases in the field of the competition, government assistance and advertizing.".
Art. III. - The prolog of part (1) article 28 of the Law on advertizing No. 1227/1997 (1997, 555), with subsequent changes and amendments, to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to Art. No. 67-68, in the following edition:
"The competition council exercises within the competence the state control of implementation of the legislation on advertizing from the point of view of observance of the rights of business entities and has the following powers:".
Art. IV. - Part (2-3) articles 6 of the Law on the inventory of real estate No. 1543/1998 (1998, Art. No. 44-46, 318), with subsequent changes and amendments, to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with Item l) the following content:
"l) To competition council - for ensuring its activities.".
