Akhmedkhadzhayev and Information analysis department of development of the electronic government, telecommunication infrastructure and ensuring information security of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Paragraph two of Item 121 of the Regulations on procedure of the monitoring of the foreign trade transactions approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of September 30, 2003 No. 416 (joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2003, No. 9, Art. 92), to state in the following edition:
"At the same time goods worth up to 3000 (three thousand) US dollars can be realized by means of electronic commerce without entering of information into EEISVO and execution of the cargo customs declaration, according to rules of rendering services of mail service".
