About approval of the Regulations on the Agency on development of nuclear power in case of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Uzbekistan
In pursuance of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of July 19, 2018 No. UP-5484 "About Measures for Development of Nuclear Power in the Republic of Uzbekistan" and resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of July 19, 2018 No. PP-3870 "About the organization of activities of the Agency on development of nuclear power under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan" the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Approve Regulations on the Agency on development of nuclear power in case of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 1.
2. Determine that:
The agency on development of nuclear power in case of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - the Uzatom Agency) performs the activities irrespective of other bodies of the public and economic board, public authorities on places and enters into structure of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
the salary of the highly qualified foreign specialists attracted on executive positions and as consultants of the Uzatom Agency within accomplishment of the tasks assigned to them, is established in coordination with the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan and paid for the account of fund of development of nuclear power of the Uzatom Agency;
