1. In Item 1 of the Procedure for electronic interaction of the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine and the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine concerning confirmation of the fact of the birth of the child approved by the order of the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine, the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of March 21, 2017 No. 441/915/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 23, 2017 for No. 393/30261, of the word of "digital signature" shall be replaced with words "the qualified digital signature".
2. To management of information technologies of the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine () submit E.A. Shiray this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 3, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".
