About approval of the Procedure for electronic interaction of the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine and the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine concerning confirmation of the fact of the birth of the child

According to the paragraph to the second the subitem 2 of Item 11 of the Procedure for the appointment and payment of government assistance to families with children approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 27, 2001 No. 1751 (with changes), we ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure for electronic interaction of the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine and the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine concerning confirmation of the fact of the birth of the child which is applied.

2. To the administrator of the State register of acts of civil status of citizens and Management of information technologies of the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine to take the adequate measures necessary for implementation of this order.

3. To provide to department of the government public assistance of the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine (Muzychenko V. V.) in accordance with the established procedure provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. To impose control of execution of this order on deputy ministers according to distribution of obligations.
