Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of May 19, 2009 "About banking activity" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2009, No. 5, Art. 331; 2010, No. 7, Art. 555; 2011, No. 12, Art. 846; 2013, No. 11, Art. 786; 2014, No. 11, Art. 663) following changes and amendments:

1. In Article 1:

- add with the paragraph the fourth the following content:

"-the state credit institution - the credit institution, the authorized capital (fund) of which completely belongs to the state;";

- the twenty first to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"-the connected (affiliated) person - the following persons are implied:

a) members of the Supervisory board;

b) leading employees;

c) the ranking officers of credit institution participating in Process of issuance of credit and decision making about issuance of credit;

d) the physical person having preferential share in credit institution;

e) members of the family of persons specified in subitems and), b), c) and d) this paragraph;

e) the legal entity having in credit institution преимущественнушгдолю participations;

ё) the legal entity in whom persons specified in subitems and), b), c), d) and e) this paragraph, have preferential share;

g) the legal entity in whom the credit institution has preferential share, and also the leading and ranking officers of such legal entity and members of their families;

- add with the paragraph twenty third the following content:
