1. In Item 9 of the Regulations on monitoring of lands in the Republic of Uzbekistan approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of December 23, 2000 No. 496 (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2000, No. 12, the Art. 79):
a) add with the paragraph the second the following content:
"Councils of farmer, Dehkan farms and owners of garden plots have the right to carry out by bypass of houses regular monitoring of target and effective use of the parcels of land of Dehkan farms and garden plots, including condition of processing of lands, crops of seeds, saplings and trees, devices of greenhouses, cultivations of the cattle and birds";
b) consider paragraph two the paragraph third.
