According to article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About licensing of certain types of economic activity" and in pursuance of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 14.11.2000 N1698 "About Approval of the List of Bodies of Licensing"
WE ORDER:
1. Approve Licensed conditions of implementation of development, testing, production, operation of carrier rockets, spacecrafts and their components, land space infrastructure and its components, the equipment which is part of space segment of satellite systems (are applied).
2. Gospredprinimatelstva (Efremov O. V.) and to Management of the NKAU space complexes (S.O.'s Drought) in accordance with the established procedure to provide to management of licensing of types of economic activity of Department of registration and licensing provision of Licensed conditions on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. To provide to administration of NKAU (Boyko G. S.) the publication of Licensed conditions in mass media.
4. Declare invalid the joint order of Licensed chamber and National space agency of Ukraine of 13.10.98 N93/96 "About Approval of the Instruction about Conditions and Rules of Production of Space Activities (Licensed Conditions) and Control of Their Observance" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 28, 1998 of N696/3136.
5. To impose control of execution of the order on the vice-chairman Gospredprinimatelstva of Ukraine Tretyakov S. I. and First Deputy CEO of NKAU Komarov V. G.
