Recognize as N563 "About Approval of the Regulations on Procedure for Realization, Accounting of Trade Patents and Control of Their Use" which voided resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 28, 1996 (the joint venture of Ukraine, 1996, N 13, the Art. 345) and of February 24, 1997 N190 "About Modification and Amendments in Regulations on Procedure for Realization, Accounting of Trade Patents and Control of Their Use" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1997, number 9, page 54).

Production of forms of trade patents
1. The form of the trade patent and procedure for its filling are established by State Tax Administration.
2. Forms of trade patents are produced by printing plant "Ukraine" by request of State Tax Administration.
The order is drawn up according to the legislation. The State Tax Administration submits to predpriyatiyuizgotovitel of trade patents the summary request calculation of necessary number of forms and pays the costs connected with their production.
