In pursuance of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 11, 2018 No. UP-5409 "About Measures for Further Reducing and Simplification of Licensed and Allowing Procedures in the field of Business Activity, and also to Improvement of Conditions of Business" and the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of February 28, 2018 No. PP-3573 "About measures for radical enhancement of wine-making industry and realization of alcoholic products") the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Make changes and additions to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix.
2. The subitem "an" and paragraphs the fourth or fifth the subitem "g" of Item 13 of appendix to this resolution become effective since January 1, 2019.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan - the chairman of the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on investments S. R. Holmuradov.
