About approval of the Regulations on the organization and functioning of Information and judicial system

Based on provisions of article 16 of the Law No. 467/2003 on informatization and the state information resources (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, Art. No. 6-12, 44) DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve Regulations on the organization and functioning of Information and judicial system it (is applied).

2. To assign ensuring implementation, functioning and development of Information and judicial system to digitalization Agency in justice and judicial administration.

3. To perform accomplishment of provisions of this resolution for the account and within the financial resources which are annually provided in the government budget and also at the expense of other means according to the law.

4. In the Order of the Government No. 593/2017 about approval of the Technical concept of Information and judicial system (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 316-321, 757) to make the following changes:

The subitem 4) of Item 8 to state 1) in the following edition:

"4) the information decision for judicial sessions (IRSZ) - the appendix intended for carrying out video conferences, audio/video of judicial sessions with use of the peripheral equipment and the special writing-down software.

The main objective of IRSZ is improvement from the technical and information point of view of the procedure of carrying out judicial sessions with ensuring transparency of legal procedures and access for public to justice.";

2) letter d) the subitem 4) of Item 15 to state in the following edition:

"d) record of judicial sessions by means of the information decision for judicial sessions";

3) in Item 19 of the word "GP "Center of Special Telecommunications" shall be replaced with words Public organization "Service of Information Technologies and Cybernetic Safety";
