About approval of Changes in some regulatory legal acts
According to Item 16 of the Regulations on state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries, other executive bodies approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 28, 1992 No. 731, and for the purpose of reduction of own regulatory legal acts in compliance with regulations of the current legislation I ORDER:
1. Approve Changes in some regulatory legal acts which are attached.
2. In accordance with the established procedure to submit to management of protection of biodiversity and biosecurity (Bogdanovich G. V.) this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister of ecology and natural resources of Ukraine Poluyko V. Yu.
