About creation of the Belarusian state concern on oil and chemistry
For the purpose of enhancement of public administration by petrochemical complex of the Republic of Belarus, carrying out single economic, technical and technological policy in the corresponding industries the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Create the Belarusian state concern on oil and chemistry (Belneftekhim concern) as a part of the companies (associations) and the organizations which are in republican property according to appendix 1, having liquidated the Belarusian state concern on production of chemical and petrochemical products and the Belarusian state concern on oil and oil products.
2. Determine the Belarusian state concern by oil and chemistry the lessor in relation to the rent companies with which lease agreements are signed by the Belarusian state concern on production of chemical and petrochemical products and the Belarusian state concern on oil and oil products, according to appendix 2.
3. Determine that management (in limits, stipulated by the legislation) the companies (associations) and the organizations of the Belarusian state concern for oil and chemistry which are in republican property regarding approval of their charters, hiring of heads, control of efficiency of use and safety of state-owned property, decision making about reorganization and liquidation of the specified companies (associations) and the organizations, and also about creation of the companies and organizations is performed by this concern.
4. To provide to the Belarusian state concern on oil and chemistry in two-month time development of the charter of concern and the solution of other questions connected with its creation.
