About modification of some legal acts

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - Article 28 of the Law on troops of carabineers (internal troops) of the Ministry of Internal Affairs No. 806/1991, with subsequent changes to state in the following edition:

"Article 28. Financing of troops of carabineers

Troops of carabineers are financed from the government budget within budgetary appropriations, including from the collected income approved by the annual budget law.".

Art. II. - In the Land code No. 828/1991 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2001, No. 107, of the Art. 817), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:

1. In Article 34:

to add part one after the word "annually" with the words "in local budgets and the government budget";

Art. IX. - Article 22 of the Law on judicial system No. 514/1995 (repeated publication: 2013, 62), with subsequent changes to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to Art. No. 15-17, in the following edition:

"Article 22. Expenses on justice implementation

(1) Expenses on implementation of justice are provided from the government budget within the budgetary appropriations approved to the Supreme council of magistracy by the annual budget law.

(2) Budgets of degrees of jurisdiction are developed and controlled according to the principles, rules and procedures provided by the Law on public finance and budget and tax responsibility No. 181/2014.".

Art. X. - In article 10 of the Law on the state material and mobilization reserves No. 589/1995 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1996, Art. (1) the Highest trial chamber is financed from the government budget within the budgetary appropriations approved by the annual budget law.

(2) the Budget of the Highest trial chamber is component of the budget of degrees of jurisdiction and is developed and administered according to the principles, rules and procedures provided by the Law on public finance and budget and tax responsibility No. 181/2014.".

Art. XIII. - In the Regulations of Parliament accepted by the Law No. 797/1996 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, No. 50, of the Art. 237), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:

1. Item l) parts (Article 13 to state 1) in the following edition:

"l) represents to the Government the draft of the approved budget of Parliament;".

2. State Article 150 in the following edition:

"Article 150. Budget of Parliament

(1) the Budget of Parliament is developed, affirms and administered according to the principles, rules and procedures provided by the Law on public finance and budget and tax responsibility No. 181/2014.

(2) separate financial resources on ensuring activities of the Chairman of the parliament, vice-chairmen of Parliament, parliamentary fractions, parliamentary commissions of inquiry, and also activities of working groups on development of legal acts and activities for the analysis of the legislation of ex-post can be provided In the annual budget of Parliament.

Art. XIV. - The resolution of Parliament on approval of the Regulations on procedure for education and use of road fund No. 893/1996 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1996, No. 57, Art. 557), with subsequent changes, to recognize invalid.

Art. XV. - In the Law on the Supreme council of magistracy No. 947/1996 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, Art. No. 15-17, 65), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:

1. Item d) Article 6 to state in the following edition:

"d) will organize and implements system of financial management and internal control and bears managerial responsibility for administration of the budget of the organization and public property which is in management;".

2. In Article 27:
