About modification of the Procedure for filling of form of the provisional solution of classification of goods according to the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union and modification (amendments) of such provisional solution

According to Item 5 of Article 23 of the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union the Board of the Euroasian economic commission decided:

1. Bring in the Procedure for filling of form of the provisional solution of classification of goods according to the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union and modification (amendments) of such provisional solution approved by the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of April 17, 2018 No. 58, the following changes:

a) third Item 12 to exclude the paragraph;

b) to state paragraph two of Item 13 in the following edition:

"In the graph the 10-unit commodity code according to the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union is specified (further – the CN FEA EEU).".

2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
