About approval of the Procedure for conducting the state accounting, the inventory and monitoring of objects of fauna in the Kyrgyz Republic
For the purpose of regulation of actions concerning determination of areas, number and condition of objects of fauna, accounting of the obtained data, according to article 8 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About fauna", articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides estimates of changes, the prevention and elimination of effects of negative processes and the phenomena for preserving biological diversity:
1. Approve the Procedure for conducting the state accounting, the inventory and monitoring of objects of fauna in the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix.
2. To authorized state bodies to take the measures following from this Resolution.
3. This Resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
