Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 30, 2014 No. 1130 "About approval of requirements to anti-terrorist security of objects (territories) which are under authority of the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation, Federal Service for Supervision in the Sphere of Telecom, Information Technologies and Mass Communications, Federal Communications Agency, Federal Agency for Press and Mass Communications, and also the organizations subordinated to them and forms of the material safety data sheet of such objects (territories)" (The Russian Federation Code, 2014, No. 45, the Art. 6224).

1. In requirements to anti-terrorist security of objects (territories) which are under authority of the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation, Federal Service for Supervision in the Sphere of Telecom, Information Technologies and Mass Communications, Federal Communications Agency, Federal Agency for Press and Mass Communications, and also the organizations subordinated to them approved by the specified resolution:

a) state item 4 in the following edition:

"4. These requirements do not extend:

on objects (territories) which are subject to obligatory protection by troops of national guard of the Russian Federation;
