1. Approve Regulations on procedure for selection of the foreign citizens and persons without citizenship who are constantly living outside the Republic of Belarus for training at the expense of grants in public institutions of the higher and secondary vocational education of the Republic of Belarus it (is applied).

2. This resolution becomes effective in 10 days after its official publication.
