1. Agree with the offer of the National agency of project management in case of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - the Agency) about formation of Fund of support of development of digital economy "Digital trust" (further - Fund) in the form of public institution.

2. Determine the main objectives of Fund:

attraction and consolidation of funds from investors for realization on the terms of public-private partnership of the projects in the field of development of digital economy including connected with implementation of blokcheyn technologies;

implementation of the most perspective and strategically important projects on development of digital economy on the terms of public-private partnership, including in the field of turnover crypto - assets and activities crypto - the exchanges and also training and other actions for training in the field of development and deployment of blokcheyn technologies;

support of initiatives (startups), especially youth, on further development of digital economy, including due to implementation of blokcheyn technologies and creation of platforms for turnover crypto - assets;

ensuring technical assistance in the organization of cooperation with the leading foreign and international organizations in the field of turnover crypto - assets and blokcheyn technologies, including in involvement of highly qualified foreign specialists.
