About measures for liquidation of Fund of support of development of digital economy "Digital trust"

For the purpose of increase in efficiency of activities of the ministries and departments of realization of the tasks and powers assigned to them:

1. Approve the offer of the National agency of project management (further - the Agency) about liquidation of Fund of support of development of digital economy "Digital trust" (further - Fund).

2. Determine that the Agency is legal successor of Fund for the rights, obligations and agreements.

3. Transfer to the Ministry of development of information technologies and communications the right of the participant on 100 percent share of the state in the authorized capital of Universal Mobile Systems limited liability company.

4. Recognize invalid some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix.

5. To the agency together with the interested departments to make offers on the changes and amendments in acts of the legislation following from this resolution in a month.

6. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. N. Aripov.
