1. Make changes and additions to the Regulations on passport system in the Republic of Uzbekistan approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of January 5, 2011 No. UP-4262, according to appendix.
2. To impose control of execution of this Decree on the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. N. Aripov and the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan P. R. Bobozhonov.

1. State Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. The regulations on passport system in the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - the Provision) regulate procedure for registration, issue, exchange of the biometric passport of the citizen of the Republic of Uzbekistan and use of it, and also responsibility for violation of rules of passport system".
2. Add Item 7 with paragraphs of the following content:
"In case of absence at the citizen of permanent registration behind receipt of the passport he can address to collection point in the place of its previous registration.
In case of lack of data on registration the citizen can address for receipt of the passport in collection point in the place of its stay".
