1. Approve the List of categories of persons - the foreign citizens and stateless persons which arrived from other states and having the right to registration in the place of permanent residence in the Republic of Karakalpakstan and areas (except the Tashkent region), according to appendix.

2. Determine that registration in the place of permanent residence of the foreign citizens and stateless persons who arrived from other states in the Republic of Karakalpakstan and areas (except the Tashkent region) is performed based on the List approved by this resolution.

3. Warn heads of public authorities, bodies of the public and economic board, other state organizations about their personal responsibility for the untimely notification on release, job change or retirement of these persons.

4. Determine that to petition for registration in the place of permanent residence in the Republic of Karakalpakstan and areas (except the Tashkent region) the foreign citizens and stateless persons which arrived from other states have the right:
