About modification of Rules of crossing of frontier by citizens of Ukraine

According to part five of article 157 of the Family code of Ukraine the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Rules of crossing of frontier by citizens of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 27, 1995 No. 57 (ZP of Ukraine, 1995, No. 4, Art. 92; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2010, No. 65, Art. 2239; 2016, No. 84, Art. 2759; 2018, No. 18, the Art. 609), changes which are applied.

2. This resolution becomes effective along with the Law of Ukraine of July 3, 2018 No. 2475-VIII "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning creation of economic premises for strengthening of protection of the right of the child to proper maintenance", but not earlier than day of its publication.

Changes which are made to Rules of crossing of frontier by citizens of Ukraine

1. In item 4:

the eleventh subitem 2 to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"certificates of availability of debt on payment of the alimony which cumulative amount exceeds the amount of the corresponding payments in four months, the public service issued by body, the private contractor;";

add Item with subitems 3 and 4 of the following content:
