About additional measures for enhancement of activities of bodies of the state forestry and use of natural resources of the border territories of forestry

For the purpose of enhancement of activities of bodies of the state forestry, and also rational and effective use of natural resources of the border territories of forestry, the Cabinet of Ministers decides stimulations of growth in volumes of production of forest products:
1. Approve:
Regulations on procedure for forest management and forest utilization in border area and borderland according to appendix No. 1;
Regulations on order of interaction of bodies of the state forestry with the militarized divisions according to appendix No. 2.
2. To the state committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on forestry together with:
a) To carry out by the state committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on land resources, geodesy, cartography and the state inventory, border troops of Service of state security of the Republic of Uzbekistan inventory count of the parcels of land of forestry in border areas and borderlands to two-month time, problem when using, and annually till February 1 to approve the joint schedule of their use, with indication of numbers of land contours;
b) The state committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on land resources, geodesy, cartography and the state inventory, the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on ecology and environmental protection, the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on tourism development and the interested ministries and departments:
to carry out inventory count of the objects located on lands of the state forest fund to two-month time and the protected natural territories which can be used for the purpose of involvement of potential tourists and to make offers on their use;
