In pursuance of the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of May 18, 2018 "About measures for further enhancement of system of the address with household waste" the Cabinet of Ministers decides No. PP-3730:
1. Make changes and additions to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of February 13, 2003 No. 75 "About approval of Rules of retail trade in the Republic of Uzbekistan and Rules of production and sales of products (services) of public catering in the Republic of Uzbekistan" (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2003, No. 2, the Art. 15) according to appendix.
2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2019.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan - the chairman of the board of JSC Uzbekiston temir yullari A. Zh. Ramatov and the chairman of the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on ecology and environmental protection B. T. Kuchkarov.
