"b) holding examinations on the right of control of vehicles of the corresponding categories and subcategories, stipulated in Item 1 article 25 of the Federal law "About Traffic Safety", issue of car driver licenses; approval of programs of professional training of transport drivers of the corresponding categories and subcategories, issue of the conclusions about the compliance to the established requirements of educational material resources of the organizations performing educational activities and realizing the main programs of professional training of transport drivers of the corresponding categories and subcategories, and job seekers of licenses for implementation of educational activities for the specified programs according to the procedure determined by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation;";
