For the purpose of determination of efficiency of introduction of marking of precious metals, gemstones and products from them the legal entities and individual entrepreneurs performing transactions with precious metals and gemstones for ensuring control of turnover of separate types of precious metals, gemstones and products from them the Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Make in the territory of the Russian Federation experiment on marking of separate types of precious metals, gemstones and products from them (further - experiment) from June 1, 2018 to November 1, 2018.

2. Approve the enclosed Regulations on carrying out experiment on marking of separate types of precious metals, gemstones and products from them.

3. Determine that representatives on ensuring carrying out experiment are the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, the Federal Customs Service, Federal Tax Service, Federal Service for Financial Monitoring, and also federal state institution "Public Institution on Forming of the State Fund of Precious Metals and Gemstones of the Russian Federation, Storage, Leave and Use of Precious Metals and Gemstones (Gokhran of Russia) under the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation" and federal state institution "The Russian State Assay Chamber under the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation".

4. Agree with the offer of Goznak joint-stock company on implementation of functions of the operator and developer of the integrated information system by it in the field of control of turnover of precious metals and gemstones at all stages of their turnover (further - the integrated information system) on a grant basis within the experiment.

5. Recommend to Goznak joint-stock company to determine till April 2, 2018:

requirements to the integrated information system;

requirements for ensuring the information security containing in the integrated information system, and ensuring information security when using information and communication technologies within the experiment.
