the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 17, 2014 No. 300 "About approval of the Regulations on the State inspectorate of Ukraine for safety on sea and river transport" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 63, the Art. 1740).

According to the procedure of maintaining the State ship register of Ukraine and the Ship book of Ukraine, No. 1069 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 26, 1997 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1997, No. 40, Art. 24; 2012, No. 17, the Art. 619), the word "Ukrmorrechinspektion" in all cases shall be replaced with words "The sea administration" in the corresponding case.
