Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 23, 2014 No. 117 "About implementation of advance payment of the goods, works and services which are purchased for budgetary funds" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 34, Art. 916; 2017, No. 2, Art. 41, No. 95, Art. 2895, No. 99, Art. 3036; 2018, No. 32, the Art. 1114) changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 23, 2014 No. 117

1. To add subitem 5-1 of Item 1 with the paragraph of the following content:

"the equipment, property and services (including on training of staff) connected with receipt of two patrol boats of the class "Island" for requirements satisfaction of the Ministry of Defence according to the arrangement of UP-P-SAA concluded within the Agreement between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of the United States of America concerning program implementation and projects of international aid in the military sphere ratified by the Law of Ukraine of November 2, 2000 No. 2079-III at the rate to 100 percent of their cost;".
