1. Approve the enclosed Instruction for approval of the decision on issue of licenses for separate types of the licensed works and services, export and commodity import (works, services).

2. Delegate regional, city (Almaty, Astana) to territorial administrations of environmental protection the right of approval of the decision on licensing for the following licensed types of activity:

designing, installation, adjustment and maintenance of means of the security fire alarm and fire-proof automatic equipment;

grain storage;

collection (procurement), storage and conversion of scrap and waste of non-ferrous and ferrous metals.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. To provide to department of examination and licensing registration of the this Instruction in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. To impose control for execution of this order on the vice-minister of environmental protection Bekzhanov Zh. L.
