RESOLUTION OF NATIONAL STATISTICAL COMMITTEE OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

About modification and amendments in the Instruction about procedure for representation of primary statistical data

Based on subitems 8.4 and 8.10 of Item 8 of the Regulations on National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 26, 2008 No. 445 "About some questions of bodies of the state statistics" the National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for representation of primary statistical data approved by the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of August 28, 2015 No. 100 (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 26.11.2015, 7/3317), the following changes and amendments:

the second Item 1 to state part in the following edition:

"The state statistical reporting is represented by the following respondents:

the legal entities registered in the Republic of Belarus (further - legal entities);

the separate divisions of legal entities having separate balance;

the individual entrepreneurs registered in the Republic of Belarus (further - individual entrepreneurs).";

the paragraph one of Item 2 after figures "2/1094" to add with words "; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 16.07. 2016, 2/2395";

state item 4 in the following edition:

"4. Newly created legal entities (except created as a result of reorganization) represent primary statistical data in the forms of the state statistical reporting specified in the list according to appendix 1 to this Instruction.

The legal entities who are in process of liquidation, the liquidated debtors (legal entities on whom the decision on liquidation is made before initiation of proceeedings on economic insolvency (bankruptcy)) represent primary statistical data in the forms of the state statistical reporting specified in the list according to appendix 2 to this Instruction.
