Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 20, 2014 No. 963 "About implementation of bank support of contracts" (The Russian Federation Code, 2014, No. 39, Art. 5259; 2015, No. 26, Art. 3904; 2016, No. 47, Art. 6647; 2017, No. 1, Art. 207; No. 33, Art. 5184; 2018, No. 5, Art. 764).

1. In Item 3:
a) add the subitem "a" with the paragraph of the following content:
"the contract (contracts), either the subject of the contract, or the supplier (the contractor, the contractor) under the contract which are determined by the Government of the Russian Federation if concerning suppliers (contractors, contractors) the measures of restrictive nature entered by foreign state, national association and (or) the union and (or) the public (interstate) institution of foreign state or national association and (or) union are effective;";
b) add the subitem "b" with the paragraph of the following content:
