About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 30, 2015 No. 1161

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 30, 2015 No. 1161 "About procedure for confirmation of the status of persons who are directly involved in anti-terrorist operation for the purpose of application of tax benefit military collection" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 3, the Art. 187) changes which are applied.

2. Take into consideration that provision of the paragraph of the fourth Item of 2 changes which are made to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 30, 2015 No. 1161, are applied to tax periods, since May 1, 2018.

Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 30, 2015 No. 1161

1. To add the name of the resolution after words of "anti-terrorist operation" with the words "and/or implementation of actions for ensuring national security and defense, repulse and control of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions which are performed by carrying out the transaction of the Integrated forces (TIF)".
