About approval of Changes in the Procedure for development of the project documentation on construction of facilities

According to the paragraph of part one of article 31 of the Law of Ukraine "On regulation of town-planning activities" and to the paragraph to the fourth part six of article 17 of the Law of Ukraine "About environmental impact assessment" for the purpose of reduction of the regulatory legal act in compliance with the legislation I ORDER third:

1. Approve Changes in the Procedure for development of the project documentation on construction of facilities approved by the order of the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing of Ukraine of May 16, 2011 No. 45, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 01, 2011 for No. 651/19389 (with changes) which are applied.

2. To management of pricing, economy and contractual relations in construction (Sholomitskaya L. M.) together with Legal department (Chepelyuk A. V.) to submit this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister Partskhaladze L. R.
