About approval of the Procedure for development of the project documentation on construction of facilities

In pursuance of part one of article 31 of the Law of Ukraine "On regulation of town-planning activities" I ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure for development of the project documentation on construction of facilities which is applied.

2. To the deputy minister Isayenko D. V.:

2.1. Submit in accordance with the established procedure this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

2.2. Bring this order to permission to the interested organizations.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister Isayenko D. V.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

Procedure for development of the project documentation on construction of facilities

1. In this Procedure terms are used in such value:

the author of the project - the architect or the engineer who is developer of the approved project;

construction - new construction, reconstruction, restoration and capital repairs of construction objects;

the general designer (further - the general designer) the designer who in the consent of the customer involves in performance of works of the third parties (subdesigners);

the chief architect of the project (further - GAP) - the architect who has the qualification certificate and performs work on architectural volume designing heads and/or coordinates development of separate Sections of the project documentation;
