About modification of some Orders of the Government

Based on provisions of parts (5) and (5-1) articles 123 of the Tax Code No. 1163/1997 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, special release of February 8, 2007). The government DECIDES:

1. In the Order of the Government No. 1481/2006 about marking of alcoholic products (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2006, Art. No. 199-202, 1564) to make the following changes:

1) in all text of the resolution:

the words "Ministry of Information Development" in any case shall be replaced with words "Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure" in the corresponding case;

"The agro-industrial agency "Moldova-Vin" in any case shall be replaced with words the text State Tax Administration in the corresponding case;

2) in appendix No. 1 to the resolution:

a) state Item 8 in the following edition:

"8. Realization of excise stamps to economic manufacturing agents of products (including from raw materials supplied by the customer), to importers and economic agents who import/acquire alcoholic products from the economic resident agents who are in the territory of the Republic of Moldova, but not having tax relations with its budget system is performed by directly public institution "Center of information technologies in finance" based on orders (statements) according to the form specified in appendix No. 1 to this Provision";

b) recognize Items 9 and 10 invalid;

c) to add Item 12 after the words "economic manufacturing agent" with words "/the importer and the economic agent who imports/acquires alcoholic products from the economic resident agents who do not have tax relations with budget system of the Republic of Moldova";

d) declare Item 14 invalid;

e) in Item 15 of the word "Customs Service" shall be replaced with words "public institution" the center of information technologies in finance";

f) in Item 17 of the word "or Customs Service" to exclude;
