For the purpose of strengthening of control of quality of alcoholic products the Government DECIDES:

1. Approve:

Regulations on procedure for marking by the Excise Brand / Consumer Brand brand of excisable alcoholic products according to appendix No. 1;

2. To the Ministry of Finance to develop and approve design of the Excise Brand / Consumer Brand brand.

3. Determine that since January 1, 2007 excisable alcoholic products are marked by the Excise Brand / Consumer Brand brand. Issue of the Excise Brand / Consumer Brand brand is performed by public institution "Center of information technologies in finance" for a fee according to Regulations on procedure for marking by the Excise Brand / Consumer Brand brand of excisable alcoholic products.

3-1. The alcoholic products imported on the territory of the Republic of Moldova, intended for consumption in the territory which is not controlled by the constitutional authorities are subject to marking by "Consumer brand".

4. Resolve realization of the domestic and import goods marked by the Excise Brand / Consumer Brand brand valid till July 1, 2008 till July 1, 2009.
