About modification and amendments in the Order of the Government No. 1481 of December 26, 2006.
For the purpose of increase in efficiency of the mechanism of marking of alcoholic products the Government DECIDES:
In the Order of the Government No. 1481 of December 26, 2006. "About marking of alcoholic products" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2006, Art. No. 199-202, 1564), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:
1) in all text of the word "Excise stamp. The state trademark" shall be replaced with words "Excise stamp" in the corresponding case;
The last paragraph to exclude 2) in Item 1 of the Resolution;
Item 34 to add 3) in appendix No. 1 with Item d) the following content:
"d) in case of goods write-off expired on which excise stamps, by their unsticking are pasted";
Appendix No. 2 to declare 4) invalid.
