Make change to appendix to the Procedure for determination of payment terms of services and compensation for expenses of members of the supervisory boards of the state unitary enterprises and economic societies in which authorized capital more than 50 percent of shares (shares) belong to the state approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 4, 2017 No. 668 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2017, No. 73, of Art. 2246; 2018, No. 29, the Art. 1023), having added footnote "**" with the paragraph of the following content:

"Till April 30, 2019 the most admissible amount of basic annual remuneration of fee of the member of the supervisory board of bank which is removed from the market with participation of the state as insolvent is established in the amount of, increased more than by 37 percent of the most admissible amount of basic annual remuneration of fee of the member of the supervisory board provided for the company, society/bank, annual net income from sales of products (goods, works, services) according to the last annual financial reporting which total income exceeds 31640001 thousand hryvnias.".
